Outputs
What it takes out of the meeting.
You create as many outputs as you want and choose the type of each one. Every output is an NDI or OMT source with its own name, also live.
Each participant's camera
One person with their microphone. Kept by name: if they drop and rejoin, the output picks them up again.
Shared screen
Whoever is sharing, or one specific person's screen, with their computer audio. Ideal for picture-in-picture.
Gallery
Everyone in a grid, composed by MeetOut, with the meeting audio. You can have several.
Active speaker
Whoever is talking, detected from the audio, without jumpy cuts: it switches when the speaker really changes.
Meeting audio
Each platform's mix on its own source (MIX ZOOM, MIX MEET…), ready for your audio desk.
Window capture
Any window on the PC as a source: a presentation, a browser or the meeting itself in gallery view.
Live
Built for live production.
Each output can be changed live without its NDI name changing, so your scene in vMix or OBS doesn't break. If someone turns off their camera or leaves, the output turns transparent: put a fallback image behind it in your switcher.

Join the meeting
In Zoom, MeetOut joins as one more participant. In Meet, Teams and Zoho it works in the browser tab with its extension.

Host permission
In Zoom, the host grants local recording permission: that way each participant's video and audio arrive uncompressed.

What is MeetOut?
A Windows program that turns a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoho Meeting call into NDI® and OMT sources: each participant's camera on its own, the shared screen apart, the active speaker, galleries and the meeting audio. Each output shows up in vMix, OBS or TriCaster as one more source.
How does it get each Zoom participant separately?
MeetOut joins the Zoom meeting as one more participant (with Zoom's Meeting SDK). When the host grants it local recording permission, it receives each participant's video and audio uncompressed and creates one source per person.
And with Google Meet, Teams and Zoho Meeting?
It works in the browser tab where the meeting is, with the MeetOut extension. Google Meet is fully supported; Microsoft Teams and Zoho Meeting are in beta.
Does it work with vMix, OBS and TriCaster?
Yes. NDI outputs show up in any NDI-compatible program. OMT outputs need vMix 29 or later, or OBS 31 or later with the OMT plugin. You can publish each output in NDI, OMT or both at once.
What happens if a participant drops out or turns off their camera?
Each output keeps the person by name: if they drop and rejoin, it picks them up again, and the NDI source keeps its name, so your scene doesn't break. While there is no picture the output is transparent: put a fallback image behind it in your switcher.
Can I run several meetings at once?
Yes: Zoom, Meet and Teams at the same time on the same PC, each with its own outputs. It has a control window and an HTTP API to automate it.
How much does it cost?
€39.95 a month, VAT included, with PayPal. The license is for one PC, includes every output, the four platforms and updates, and you can cancel anytime from your client area.
Does it need an internet connection?
It checks the license over the internet and can work for up to 7 days offline. Joining Zoom meetings of other accounts needs a connection at that moment.
Is it an official Zoom, Google or Microsoft product?
No. MeetOut is an independent product by SAMedia, not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoom, Google, Microsoft or Zoho. You are responsible for informing the participants and, where applicable, obtaining their consent to broadcast or record their image and voice.
